- Active RN license of Washington.
Job Summary:
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive health conditions.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians while ensuring accurate documentation.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans for residents with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
- Supervise and support nursing assistants and caregiving staff, providing clinical guidance and ensuring quality resident care.
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams regarding residents' conditions, care needs, and changes in health status.
