Job Description

Lake Ridge Center RN
  • LTC Shifts:
    6:00 AM
  • 2:00 PM & 2:00 PM
  • 10:00
PM Pay Rate:
$50/hour
Basic Requirements:
Previous 6+ months of experience in a long-term care (LTC) or geriatric nursing setting preferred. Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed. Monitor residents' health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team. Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status. Develop and update individualized care plans based on assessment findings. Participate in care plan meetings with residents, families, and healthcare team members. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BLS Compact/ Single State RN License EMR/ Charting Experience Covid Vaccinated/ Medical Exemption 2 Professional Reference RN01
