Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Schedule/Hours:
Flexibility required (Float between ICU, IMCU, Med Surg as needed) Assignments may include ICU ratios of 1:1-2, up to 1:3 for IMCU/Med Surg, 1:4 Telemetry, 1:4-5 for
Medical/Surgical Required Qualifications:
Current Washington State RN License or Nurse Compact License Minimum two years of recent experience as an ICU nurse in a Level III trauma center Previous acute care registered nurse experience preferred; at least one year in a specialty nursing unit desirable Willingness to care for pediatric (PCU) patients is an advantage Healthcare Provider level BLS certification (AHA or equivalent) within 30 days of hire
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for ICU, IMCU, Med Surg patients (floating as needed) Manage care for adult and trauma patients, including those with sepsis and requiring vasopressors Deliver safe, effective care to patients with stable tracheostomies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
