Job Description
North Bend Post Acute is a 64 bed facility looking for dedicated RNs to provide passoniate care to our patients!
Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and document patient symptoms and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
- Assist with emergency procedures and interventions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Experience:
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Requirements:
Must have active WA state Registered Nurse (RN) license!Schedule/Pay:
Day Shift 6am-6pm Night Shift 6pm-6am RN- based on years of experience $51.00
