$2200 - $2560 weekly gross DOE Key Responsibilities Deliver skilled nursing care to home health and hospice patients in accordance with individualized care plans Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families/caregivers Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals Participate in on-call rotation and respond to patient needs as required Travel between patient homes; mileage reimbursed between visits (first to last patient) Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous hospice experience (preferred but not required) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Oasis experience required Homcare Homebase experience required Additional Details Weekly Hours Guarantee:
