Your Experience and Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced clinical settings Proven ability to operate various cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and promptly respond to changes Deliver high-quality, patient-centric care and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams Administer medications, IVs, and other physician-ordered therapies Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes thoroughly Educate patients and families about ongoing care and health management Uphold rigorous standards for safety, privacy, and infection control
