Join Our Busy & Growing Med Spa. We are a high-volume medical spa and functional wellness clinic seeking a skilled, adaptable, and patient-focused ARNP to join our team. Our clinic offers a blend of aesthetic and wellness services, allowing you to help patients look and feel their best while continuously expanding your clinical skillset. We offer cutting-edge services including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, IV therapy, vitamin injections, BioTE hormone replacement therapy, peptide programs, and more. No BioTE experience? No problem—we will provide training for the right candidate. What You'll Do Perform aesthetic and wellness treatments within scope (neurotoxins, fillers, IV therapy, injections, hormone therapy support, etc.) Conduct thorough consultations and create individualized treatment plans Provide follow-up care and maintain strong patient relationships Deliver a high-end, 5-star patient experience consistently Work efficiently in a high-volume setting while maintaining clinical accuracy and safety Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices What We're Looking For Active and unrestricted ARNP license in Washington State Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Able to prioritize, adapt, and think critically in real time High attention to detail with a strong focus on patient safety and outcomes Professional, confident communicator who builds trust quickly with patients Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently within established protocols Eagerness to grow and expand skillset (advanced training provided) This Role Is a
