- Permanent, Travel nursing, Full-time, Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced LDRP Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment in Washington.
Requirements:
Active Washington RN License or Multistate License Labor & Delivery Experience Required Postpartum Experience Required Nursery Experience Required BLS Certification NRP Certification 6-Hour Suicide Prevention Training (for Multistate License Holders) Nursys Demographic Verification (for Multistate License Holders) STABLE Certification Preferred but Not Required Meditech Experience Preferred butNot Required Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care throughout Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum Assess and monitor maternal and newborn patients Support patient education and family-centered care Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility standards Assist with nursery care and postpartum patient management Scrub experience is a plus but not required L&D (Labor & Delivery) Labor and Delivery RN OB / Obstetrics Maternal-Newborn Nursing Postpartum (Mother-Baby) Antepartum OB/GYN Nursing Newborn Nursery Perinatal Nursing High-Risk OB Fetal Monitoring Birthing Center RN Duties Monitor the health of the mother and fetus during labor Assist with pain management techniques Administer medications as needed Support and educate mothers on breastfeeding and newborn care Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe delivery Document patient information accurately Qualifications Previous experience in labor and delivery nursing is preferred Strong knowledge of obstetrical practices and procedures Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Current RN license BLS certification Additional certifications such as NRP or ACLS are advantageous #RN1 E-mail is Anthony@pinnacleall.com Call/ Text (216- 236-1018
