We are committed to patient-centered, holistic, root cause medicine that blends conventional and complementary therapies. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Injector (RN or NP) to join our growing medical aesthetics team at our Renton location. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, confident in their injection technique, and passionate about delivering natural, beautiful results. This is a part-time role, approximately 1-2 days per month, with potential to grow as our aesthetics program expands.
Schedule:
1-2 days per month (room to increase) Job Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to): Aesthetic Injections Conduct thorough patient consultations, assess facial anatomy, and develop individualized treatment plans Administer wrinkle relaxer (neuromodulator) injections in accordance with clinic protocols and safety standards Perform dermal filler injections for facial volumization and contouring Administer biostimulator injections (Radiesse) for collagen stimulation and facial rejuvenation Perform PRP (platelet-rich plasma) under-eye treatments Provide pre- and post-treatment education and manage any adverse reactions appropriately Maintain a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment Document all treatments and observations thoroughly and promptly in the EMR system General Clinic Support Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients regarding their treatments and expected outcomes Collaborate with providers and care team to ensure continuity of care Assist with other clinical or administrative tasks as needed to support smooth clinic operations Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Washington State Demonstrated experience with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and biostimulators required Experience with PRP under-eye treatments preferred Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection safety protocols Excellent interpersonal skills and patient-centered bedside manner Comfortable working independently while maintaining clear communication with clinical leadership Previous experience in medical aesthetics, integrative, or holistic care settings a plus Professional, organized, and able to adapt to a flexible, growing clinic environment Benefits Supportive and collaborative team culture Complimentary Primary Care Membership 401k with company match after 6 months of employment Discounts on supplements and specialty services
