Job Description

Seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one care for an elderly female patient in the comfort of her home.
Position Details:
12-hour shifts available. Private duty/home care setting. Competitive pay. Flexible scheduling. Supportive care team.
Responsibilities:
Medication management and administration. Monitoring vital signs and patient condition. Skilled nursing assessments. Coordination with physicians and family members. Assistance with activities related to the patient's plan of care. Documentation of care provided.
Qualifications:
Current Washington State RN or LPN license. Current CPR certification. Home health or geriatric care experience preferred. Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
