This role is designed for nurses who want to operate with a high level of independence and take ownership of their time, performance, and income. You will be functioning more like an independent provider within a system , not a traditional hourly employee. Nurses receive 40% of the revenue generated from the appointments they complete and retain 100% of patient tips. This creates significant earning potential for providers who are motivated, responsive, and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience. Because your compensation is directly tied to the patients you serve, your availability, professionalism, and initiative have a direct impact on your income. Unlike traditional hourly positions, there is no cap on your earning potential. Nurses who consistently make themselves available, provide outstanding care, and build strong patient relationships are often able to generate substantially higher income than they would in a conventional nursing role. This model allows you to directly benefit from your clinical expertise, work ethic, and commitment to excellence while maintaining the flexibility and autonomy that make this opportunity unique.
