Desired Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license, in good standing Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a medical-surgical setting (MS) Proficient with electronic health records (EHR) Strong assessment, organizational, and critical-thinking skills Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications (preferred) Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to a diverse patient population Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and manage medical equipment Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create effective care plans Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in EHR Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery processes Prioritize patient safety and infection prevention at all times
