Our newly opened 12-bed facility provides transitional care for children with complex medical needs, supporting families as they move from hospital to home. Schedule Availability (12 hours) Day Shift (0545-1800) | NOC Shift (1745-0600)

Every Saturday Day Overnights (NOC): Every Saturday/Sunday NOC Every Friday NOC Every Sunday/Monday/Tuesday NOC Full-Time & Part-Time Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Matching 403(b) Retirement Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Premiums & Shift Differentials Training & Onboarding Available to complete at least 2 training shifts per week (typically weekday shifts) LPN Applicants Considered Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Certain shifts or assignments may require RN licensure based on patient acuity and regulatory requirements.
