This facility is part of a respected healthcare system providing comprehensive cardiology services to the community. The medical pavilion offers modern amenities in an outpatient setting with collaborative team-based care and full support staff including MAs, RNs, and front office personnel.Opportunity:
Advanced Practice Provider -Cardiology Job Details:
- Outpatient cardiology coverage on a locum tenens basis for 6-9 months
- Clinic-only position with no inpatient, hospital rounding or procedural responsibilities
- Monday-Friday schedule, 8am-5pm with no call or weekends required
- Approximately 16 patient visits per day, primarily follow-up and established patients
- Manage follow-up visits after procedures, annual cardiology visits, and acute outpatient visits
- Provide inbox coverage/management for providers who are out of the office
- Must have cardiology outpatient experience and
EPIC EMR
proficiency- Must possess strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills
- Must be comfortable working independently within a team-based care model
- Must be proficient in interpreting cardiology imaging and diagnostic testing results for complex patients
- Active Washington state license and DEA required
- Clean malpractice history highly preferred
- Credentialing timeframe up to 90 days
