  • Telemetry Opportunity Silverdale, Washington Telemetry RN 12-Hour Night Shifts We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Telemetry for a leading acute care hospital in Silverdale, Washington.
This opportunity is ideal for nurses with strong medical-surgical and telemetry experience who are confident managing a diverse patient population in a fast-paced acute care environment while delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Epic Trauma Level:
Level I Trauma Center Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients. Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients with a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions. Monitor cardiac rhythms and identify changes requiring intervention. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols. Manage patients requiring telemetry monitoring and cardiac assessments. Care for post-operative patients and coordinate multidisciplinary treatment plans. Titrate approved drips including Heparin and Cardizem according to facility guidelines. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams. Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, medications, discharge planning, and ongoing care needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Epic electronic medical record system. Adhere to hospital policies, patient safety standards, and evidence-based nursing practices. Requirements Active Washington RN License or Compact RN License Minimum 2 Years of Recent Acute Care RN Experience Previous Med-Surg and Telemetry Experience Required Current BLS Certification Current ACLS Certification Strong Cardiac Monitoring and Telemetry Skills Experience with Medical-Surgical Patient Care Ability to manage multiple patient assignments in a fast-paced environment Experience with
