Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry nursing BLS and ACLS Certifications (from the American Heart Association) Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking abilities Adaptable, resourceful, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly reporting abnormalities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on Telemetry units Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members on patient care plans Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders Document patient status, responses to interventions, and ongoing assessments accurately Educate patients and families regarding conditions, interventions, and self-care needs
