OBJECTIVE

Assure that the PCLI philosophy of quality and caring treatment of patients and staff is upheld in all daily surgical activities. In a positive and cheerful manner, oversee and evaluate all pre and post-op activities. Work with the team to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the smooth flow of patients throughout admission, anesthesia and discharge phases of each patient's surgical experience. Site Manager and Corporate Surgery Manager STATUS Part-time, On Call (up to 23 hours/week)

SCHEDULE

Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Depending on work location, employee may be required to report to work between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. on scheduled days.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Attention to detail Excellent communication skills-written and verbal Good listening skills Good computer skills - comfortable with Microsoft Office & EHR/EMR products Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Pleasant, caring, cooperative attitude The ability to work with a team and to achieve common goals; delegating to assistants
