Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide high-quality care to patients requiring close monitoring and specialized treatment.
The PCU RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Minimum 1 year of recent PCU, Step-Down, Telemetry, or Acute Care experience preferred
  • Strong telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
  • Excellent critical thinking, assessment, and communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity patient care setting
  • Experience with EMR documentation preferred How to
