Job Description

Urgent Care Registered Nurse (RN)
Location:
Toppenish, WA 98948
Shift:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00
PM Contract Length:
1 year with the option to extend
Estimated Start Date:
Pending contract award and completion of the onboarding process
Compensation:
Regular Pay Rate:
$50 hour Weekly Stipend for travelers: $1,246 Health & Welfare (benefit per hour worked): $5.09 Estimated Weekly Gross (based on 40 hours): $3,449 Please keep in mind that payroll is processed on a biweekly basis.

Paid Holidays Job Description:
Provide direct nursing care for adult and pediatric patients in a primary care and urgent care setting, including assessment, triage, treatment support, and patient education. .
Requirements:
Degree or diploma from an accredited professional nursing program Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in a U.S. jurisdiction Current BLS certification Minimum two (2) years of recent direct patient care experience in a hospital or ambulatory setting Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
Provide patient assessment, triage, and documentation in the EHR Administer medications, immunizations, and wound care Assist with procedures and point-of-care testing Provide patient education and document care Participate in quality improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and IHS standards Address patient concerns by phone and assist with scheduling appointments.
