We are an Enhanced Services Facility (ESF) providing specialized medical, behavioral, and housing support for adults (18+) facing behavioral health challenges. ESFs are a unique residential model in Washington State, designed to serve individuals who may not thrive in traditional long-term care but still need structured, therapeutic support in a community-based setting. Many of our residents are younger and physically able-bodied, working toward greater independence and personal stability. Our staff play a key role in helping residents reclaim their autonomy, overcome long-standing challenges, and live self-directed lives. Our facilities operate with a low resident-to-staff ratio and emphasize a calm, structured environment. On-the-job training tailored to our unique population Full Benefits After 60 Days What You'll Do As the nurse on the night shift, you serve as the designated shift supervisor, responsible for maintaining a calm, steady environment while ensuring resident safety and team coordination. This is a low stress shift ideal for nurses who are confident working independently, enjoy quiet hours, and take pride in team leadership. Administering evening and overnight medications (including the 8 PM med pass) Supervising and supporting a small overnight team of three caregivers Monitoring caregiver documentation and task completion to ensure standards are met Redirecting residents experiencing restlessness or sleep disruptions Completing shift documentation and maintaining accurate MARs Communicating with the incoming/outgoing shift to ensure continuity of care Collaborating with the Charge Nurse, who is available at all times for consultation or support Who You Are You're steady, communicative, and confident in your clinical skills. You bring calm to quiet nights and know how to lead with professionalism and compassion. Active LPN or RN license in Washington State (required) BLS certification (required) Prior experience in long-term care, behavioral health, or psychiatric nursing (preferred) Strong communication and teamwork skills Solid understanding of HIPAA, safety protocols, and nursing best practices Basic computer skills (EMR use, Microsoft Office) Physical ability to assist in resident care tasks, including occasional repositioning and ambulation
