Hudson Bay Health & Rehabilitation is a rapidly growing company that is currently hiring talented and motivated Registered Nurses. We offer great benefits, as well as very competitive pay. As one of our RN's, you will be responsible for providing each of your residents with routine daily nursing care and services which are in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
BENEFITS
Pay starting at $40/hour on NOC shift, and increases with experience 12 hour shifts available Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401k Referral Bonuses QUALIFICATIONS and Requirements Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Valid CPR Certification.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Administer quality care to ill, injured, or disabled patients. Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans. Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior. Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care. Maintain accurate patient medical records. Complete all nursing documentation including; assessments, orders, progress notes, flowsheets, consents, and any assigned tasks. Ensure that documentation accurately reflects standard clinical documentation guidelines as required by the facility, county, state and federal rules or regulations. Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities. Provide emotional support to patients and their family members. Participates in medication management to promote optimal safety and effectiveness for residents.
