Key Responsibilities The Aesthetic Registered Nurse will provide high-quality aesthetic treatments, patient education, and follow-up care while supporting the overall growth and reputation of the Yakima clinic.

Responsibilities include:

Performing personalized aesthetic consultations and developing customized treatment plans Administering neurotoxin treatments, dermal fillers, PRP treatments, and PDO threads within scope of practice Educating patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-care instructions, and complementary services Building strong long-term relationships with patients through trust, communication, and follow-up care Delivering a polished, professional, and luxury-level patient experience Maintaining accurate documentation in the EMR Following clinic protocols, compliance standards, and safety procedures Collaborating with providers, leadership, and team members to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes Supporting patient retention, treatment plan completion, and appropriate service recommendations Participating in community outreach, events, and brand-building opportunities when needed Contributing to a positive, professional, and team-focused clinic culture Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, confident with aesthetic treatments, and passionate about helping patients feel beautiful, supported, and cared for. This person should be professional, relationship-driven, and comfortable working in a growing clinic where high standards and exceptional service matter. We are especially interested in candidates who are: Confident performing aesthetic injectable treatments Skilled at patient consultations and treatment planning Warm, polished, and professional with patients Excellent at educating patients without being pushy Motivated to grow personally, professionally, and clinically Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with documentation, compliance, and follow-up Excited to help grow the Yakima clinic and build a loyal patient base Requirements Active Registered Nurse license in Washington State in good standing Experience with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PDO threads, and patient education Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills Passion for delivering excellent care and beautiful patient outcomes Ability to follow protocols, safety standards, and compliance requirements Team-first attitude with the ability to work independently when needed Familiarity with EMR systems and patient engagement tools preferred Professional appearance, attitude, and communication style Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical care Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in medical aesthetics, med spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or women's health Established comfort with aesthetic consultations and injectable treatment planning Experience with
