Registered Nurse/Lead - Clinic Services/Algoma - Full-time 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Algoma, WI 54201 Full-time Door County Medical Center 14 reviews Full-time In collaboration with the Director of Clinic Operations, Chief Clinical Officer and Administrative Assistant, the RN/Lead will oversee and/or facilitate the care delivery model, care processes, department policies/procedures, department orientation, competency validation and staff development programs to ensure operations function at maximum levels of efficiency and exceed patient expectations. Functions as a clinical expert, mentors and supports the planning and development of care for Clinic Services - Satellite locations. This individual will serve as a leader and role model for staff and will actively participate in organizational and department decision-making.
