Schedule/Hours:

12-hour night shifts (5:30 PM start) Every weekend schedule (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Guaranteed 36 hours per week over a 13-week contract Holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care on a medical/surgical unit with primary cases in med/surg and COVID, as well as experience with pre/post-cath, pacemaker, and TR Band management Float to areas throughout the facility and nearby locations within a 60-mile radius, according to your expertise Collaborate effectively with support staff (LPNs, CNAs) to maintain a patient ratio of 1:5-6 Utilize EPIC for all charting requirements

Qualifications:

Active WI RN license and AHA BLS certification Minimum 3 years of recent RN experience, plus at least one completed travel RN contract Recent (within 1 year) hands-on EPIC charting experience Previous med/surg, pre/post cath, pacemaker, and TR Band experience required Social, adaptable, resilient, and committed to managing change
