Core Responsibilities We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team and deliver the comprehensive care our residents deserve. Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely daily documentation of all patient care, observations, and interventions. Efficiently transcribe physicians' orders with precision and ensure correct implementation of treatment plans. Coordinate proactively with the pharmacy for new medication orders and timely refills. Prepare, accurately administer, and meticulously document medications as prescribed. Collaborate synergistically with the interdisciplinary team and perform essential nursing duties as directed by the Director of Nursing.
