The Wisconsin Veterans Home at Chippewa Falls is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to provide loving and quality care and service to our members living in our facility. We are proud of our 5-Star, Deficiency Free, Homelike Care Community. Schedule (Available Positions): Full-time AM shift (6:00am-2:30pm) Full-time PM shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm) •Every other weekend/holiday required will part-time and full-time positions As a RN/LPN at the Veterans Home you will: Provide direct resident care following the treatment plan, this may include tasks such as administering medication, nebulizer treatments with pre/post assessments after education, etc. Ensure that nursing notes are informative and complete regarding the cares and services provided to the resident. Collaborate with the clinical team in establishing a treatment plan. Ensure that resident's charts are updated and free of errors. Ensure that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring, compassionate and dignified manner which recognizes the individual's needs and rights.
