Ensure compliance with Wisconsin CBRF regulations and company policies. Lead, coach, and develop department leaders and staff. Maintain a positive, resident-focused culture centered on dignity and quality of life. Serve as the primary contact for residents, families, referral sources, regulatory agencies, and community partners. Clinical Oversight Provide nursing leadership and guidance to caregiving staff. Oversee resident assessments, service plans, and healthcare coordination. Monitor resident wellness and quality outcomes. Ensure proper medication administration practices and documentation. Assist with staff education, training, and clinical competency development. Partner with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, and outside healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. Financial & Business Management Manage community budgets and financial performance. Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for operational improvement. Lead occupancy growth initiatives through relationship-building, community outreach, and sales efforts. Develop and maintain referral partnerships within the healthcare community. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations. Maintain survey readiness and quality assurance programs. Oversee policy development and implementation. Ensure accurate resident records and documentation practices. QualificationsRequired Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Completion of Wisconsin DHS 83 Administrator Course or ability to obtain. Minimum three years of leadership experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, Home Health, Hospice, or related healthcare settings. Strong understanding of Wisconsin assisted living regulations. Experience leading teams, managing budgets, and overseeing resident care services. Preferred Prior Executive Director, Director of Nursing, Regional Nurse, or Assisted Living Administrator experience. Dementia and memory care experience. Sales and occupancy development experience. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field. What We're Looking For Compassionate and resident-centered leader.
