Key Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year recent experience in medical-surgical nursing BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Adaptability and a positive attitude towards new environments Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care on med/surg units Monitor, evaluate, and document patients' progress and responses to treatments Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to create and implement care plans Educate patients and families on procedures and self-care Maintain clear, accurate records in accordance with facility protocols
