Infusion Nurse (FRIDAYS/PRN) 2.7 2.7 out of 5 stars 7080 N Port Washington Road, Glendale, WI 53217 Part-time, Per diem Rheumatic Disease Center 11 reviews Part-time, Per diem Rheumatic Disease Center is one of the largest single-specialty clinics in Wisconsin. We are seeking an energetic, hard-working, compassionate individual to work in our Infusion Department. Candidate must have the skills, the heart and the passion for administering high quality care to our patients. Under direct supervision of the Infusion Manager, the Infusion Nurse is responsible for: assessment of infusion eligibility, monitoring patient's during infusion for possible adverse reactions and/or infusion reactions, starting IVs and/or accessing central venous lines, reconstituting medications, and medication administration via SQ injections and intravenous in compliance with the Infusion Department Standards of Care and other regulatory agency requirements. Must have ability to work with a high degree of speed and accuracy on multiple tasks and patients, pay attention to detail and work independently as well as with co-workers and physicians. Must be dependable and slightly flexible with work hours. Must be willing to work at both clinic locations. This position is 1 day per week, Fridays, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts as well. Degree from an accredited school/college of nursing and current Wisconsin RN licensure required. Minimum of 2 years nursing experience preferred. Willing to train the right candidate.
