up to $7,500 per calendar year Military/Veteran Friendly Nurse Residency for RN's with less than 1 year of experience What You Will Do As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Schedule Details Night shift scheduling
  • weekend program or traditional night scheduling option Weekend Program requires every Sat/Sun night 19-0730 and one additional night shift per week with a holiday rotation requirement
  • one weekend off per quarter
  • additional $11 an hour weekend program and $5 an hour night shift differentials Traditional night shift scheduling is 23-0730 with rotating weekends and holidays
