Job Description

Compensation:
$90,000 - $95,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and personalized care to our elderly residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity. Monitor and assess residents' health status, promptly addressing any changes or concerns. Administer medications and treatments accurately, adhering to established protocols and guidelines. Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness strategies. Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with nursing best practices and innovations. Complete psychotropic reviews, skin assessments, and ensure all medications are in the facility as prescribed. Provide disciplinary action, including education and re-training, as it pertains to medication administration. Attend meetings and trainings as required.
