Job Description

We are seeking an experienced healthcare leader who is both a Licensed Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) and qualified CBRF Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a 39-bed mental health residential facility.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily facility operations and staff Oversee resident care, health, safety, and well-being Provide RN clinical oversight and medication management Ensure compliance with Wisconsin CBRF regulations Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, families, and care teams Maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance Hire, train, coach, and supervise staff
Requirements:
Active Wisconsin RN License in good standing Must meet Wisconsin CBRF Administrator qualifications Leadership experience in healthcare, assisted living, CBRF, or residential settings Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience working with mental health populations preferred Ability to participate in on-call and emergency response responsibilities This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about resident care, operational excellence, and building a strong team culture.
