13 weeks Shift 8hr Day Shift (40) Shift Information Monday•Friday rotating start times 0730-1600 or 0800-1630 On Call, Call Back Requirements On call team rotation every 3rd-4th weekend and 1-2 days per week Weekend Rotation on call basis Holiday Requirements 1 per contract Floating Requirements No Patient Service Area (PSA) DNU South Wisconsin Interventional Radiology (IR)•
Kenosha, WI Facility Overview Location:
Kenosha, Wisconsin Level IV Trauma Center Primary Stroke Center 74-bed facility Department Details 2 IR Suites Cath Lab and IR are separate departments First-time travelers accepted Minimum 2 years of IR experience required for both RNs and Techs Patient Population & Procedures Patient types include inpatient, outpatient, and ER cases. No Neuro IR procedures performed at this facility. Staff may assist with ultrasound-guided procedures and support CT cases as needed.
Typical Case Staffing Minimum:
1 RN + 1 Tech + Radiologist/PA/APC Higher acuity cases may include an additional RN or RT Required Procedure Experience Paracentesis / Thoracentesis Biopsies (bone, thyroid, liver, renal) Abscess drainage Upper & lower extremity angiograms Fistulograms G-tube placements/exchanges Kyphoplasty / Vertebroplasty Coil embolizations Nephrostomy tubes / Nephroureteral stents Trialysis catheters / Central lines Ports IVC filters Preferred Experience Y90 procedures TIPS procedures Certifications & Requirements RN Requirements
BLS ACLS
Experience with conscious/moderate sedation (no propofol) Comfortable administering IV medications Circulating experience required Basic ECG certification preferred EPIC experience preferred Tech Requirements
BLS ARRT
required (RCIS alone not accepted) Comfortable scrubbing procedures Experience operating procedure table Suturing experience Circulating experience required Department Support Radiologist RT support Hospitalist support Rapid Response / Code Team Manager/Supervisor support Lead Tech manages daily operations and scheduling Fully staffed model: 4 RNs 4

Siemens Artis Zee (preferred experience for Techs) Floating Occasional floating to CT to continue patient cases Orientation 3-day orientation (additional days available if needed) Buddy call during orientation Schedule & Call 8-hour shifts Call required Call Expectations 1 weekend call every 4 weeks Friday EOS through Monday 7:00 AM 1 weekday call shift per week 4:30 PM•7:00 AM Assigned call team works late shift (8:00 AM•4:30 PM) on call days Radiologist/PA/APC determines if callback is needed Holidays Every other holiday (call only) RTO Subject to manager approval Additional Information Scrubs provided Shoe covers required if wearing outside shoes into department Free parking available onsite #TB_RN #ZRHC Why TalentBurst?
