Scheduled Weekly Hours:
32 Registered Nurse (RN) | Outpatient Behavioral Health (Addiction Medicine Sub-Specialty)
Location:
La Crosse, WI FTE:
0.8; 64 hours per two weeks
What You'll Work Hours:
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30
PM, Monday-Friday Weekend Rotation:
One weekend approximately every 3 months (short AM shifts; includes methadone dosing)
Holiday Rotation:
One holiday approximately every 2 years Why Join Us?

Hospital-based compensation starting at $34.65/hour, commensurate with experience, plus weekend differential.
Work-Life Balance:
Predictable weekday hours and limited weekend/holiday requirements. What You'll Do Provide nursing support for patients seeking care for substance use disorders. Manage in-basket tasks, phone triage, injections, and intakes. Dispense suboxone and methadone in conjunction with our Opioid Treatment Program. Assist with coverage for the Unity House Residential Treatment Program as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
What We're Looking For Required:
Minimum Associate degree in Nursing Active RN license to practice in
Wisconsin CPR:
Basic Life Support (BLS) for the
Healthcare Provider Preferred:
Minimum 1 year RN experience Experience in behavioral health and/or addictions Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to maintain strong boundaries and adapt to evolving department needs
