Clinic Float Pool Primary Location:
La Crosse, WI Secondary Locations:
Onalaska and regional clinics (travel tailored to home location whenever possible)
FTE:
0.8 (64 hours per two weeks)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | No weekends, holidays, or on-call obligations About the Role As a Clinic Float Pool RN, you'll play a vital role in supporting patient care across multiple ambulatory departments, including primary care and specialty care areas. Float Pool nurses are deployed to departments that need immediate staffing support to help teams maintain seamless operations and uninterrupted patient care. Expect meaningful variety, flexibility, and learning across specialties. The Clinic Float Pool is a strong group of 30 RNs and 20 MAs that values connection, support, and teamwork. Why Join Us?

PM No Weekends or Holidays Starting Pay:
$30.46/hour (plus experience-based increases)
Float Pool Differential:
$2.50/hour

What You'll Need Required:
Associate Degree in Nursing RN license to practice in Wisconsin upon hire RN license to practice in Minnesota and Iowa within 3 months of hire
Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 6+ months of previous nursing experience
