Full-time, 0.7 FTE (56 hours per two weeks)
Shift:

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Obstetrics & Gynecology Clinic in La Crosse, WI. This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about women's health, values teamwork, and wants to build meaningful relationships with patients in a supportive, clinic-based setting—all while enjoying a consistent weekday schedule in the beautiful Coulee Region. What You'll Do Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care across Obstetrics, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Gynecology Perform fetal monitoring for OB patients (NST's), provide OB patient education during 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester appointments, administered oral medications and injections For patients seeking obstetric and/or gynecology care: Respond to MyChart messages, perform phone triage, assist with clinic procedures, and administer medication Contribute to a clinic culture that prioritizes teamwork, adaptability, continuous learning, and a positive, solutions-focused approach. Cross-train to support OB/GYN at our Onalaska clinic as needed as part of our collaborative team approach to patient care What You'll Get Starting pay of $30.46/hour + more for experience! What You'll Need Minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing RN licensure to work in Wisconsin upon hire BLS for healthcare providers
Preferred:
At least 1 year of RN experience, ideally in OB/GYN, high risk OB care, women's health, or caring for those with chronic health conditions Ideal candidate thrives in an autonomous environment, applies strong critical thinking skills, values teamwork, and prioritizes patient care Why Emplify Health by Gundersen?
