Job Description

We are seeking a Long Term Care RN or LPN for a facility in Marshfield, WI. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent assessment skills, and a genuine commitment to enhancing the quality of life for residents. This role involves delivering personalized patient care, managing complex health needs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes. •Candidates will be asked to help in both LTC and Psych Units• ASAP Start 13 Week Contract Will take local candidate or traveler 3x12 M-F, rotating weekends 0630-1900/1830-0700
Local RN Rate:
$45.50 per hour
Local LPN Rate:
$37.50 per hour Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medication reconciliation, to develop individualized care plans. Monitor residents' conditions closely, recognizing signs of acute pain, infection, or deterioration, and respond promptly with appropriate interventions. Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding health management, medication administration, and discharge planning. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver care Ensure infection control standards are upheld through proper sterilization procedures and aseptic techniques during all patient interactions.

$45.50 per hour
