Job Description

Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel nursing assignment. Shift:
6:30 AM – 7:00
PM Experience:
12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 10 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. Experience with Meditech is preferred. ADN completion required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission). COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. No current placement allowed at
Program:
Medefis Program – Mile Bluff Medical Center. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

BSN preferred.
Unit Details:
This position requires providing care to Med/Surg and eICU patients.
Shift & Scheduling:
6:30 am – 7:00 pm. Every 4th weekend. Every other holiday rotation. No call requirement 7 days maximum time off 1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months Proof of identification required
