Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for adult patients in an inpatient ICU environment. This role requires competency in delivering high-quality care and adherence to professional nursing standards. Location State of Wisconsin or participating Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Employment Type Full-time Contract Length Permanent Required Qualifications Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing. Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License (NLC). American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent. AHA HeartCode Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN). Minimum of 2 years of Intensive Care Nursing experience.
