Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care to adult patients with diverse medical and surgical conditions Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications, IVs, and other prescribed treatments accurately and safely Monitor patient responses, document changes, and report concerns promptly Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Educate patients and families on recovery goals and health maintenance Uphold infection control and patient safety protocols at all times
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted RN license Recent experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Travel nursing experience a plus, but not required
