Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Long-Term Care Registered Nurse for a ASAP start contract now through end of August. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in geriatrics, memory care, and assisted living environments, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing patient well-being through expert clinical practice. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient assessments, managing complex medical conditions, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. About the Job Every other weekend and holiday 1 year of LTC RN experience required Current AHA or Red Cross BLS required Travel contract optional for estimated $2,045/week gross 5x8's Will accept LPN candidates as well ($38/hr) Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and review of medical histories to develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately. Monitor patients' conditions closely, managing acute pain and responding promptly to changes in health status. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate discharge planning, case management, and continuity of care across various healthcare settings. Maintain detailed medical documentation. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Requirements 1 year of LTC experience in the last 2 years Valid RN License for
