Schedule Details Full time Night shift openings 3, 12-hour shifts per week 6p-630a, every 3rd weekend, 2 holidays a year What You Will Do Applies the nursing process to deliver individualized, patient- and family-centered care Monitors patient conditions, anticipates changes, and adjusts care plans to optimize outcomes Implements safety and risk-reduction strategies while supporting patient education and readiness to learn Coordinates interdisciplinary care and discharge planning using evidence-based and regulatory standards Evaluates patient, team, and unit outcomes; participates in shared governance and process improvement initiatives Demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, leadership, and appropriate delegation Upholds ethical standards, promotes a culture of safety, and completes ongoing professional development What You'll Bring Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices, and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA). Completion of an accredited or approved program in Nursing. Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.
