Job Description

Schedule/Hours:
12-hour night shifts (5:30pm start), every weekend 36 guaranteed hours per week 13-week contract

Throughout facility and to all facilities within a 60-mile radius, within your skillset No on-call or call-back requirements
Required Qualifications:
Active WI RN License American Heart Association BLS certification Minimum 3+ years RN experience At least one previous travel assignment Recent (within one year) EPIC charting experience Proficiency managing Med/Surg, COVID-19 cases, and experience with Pre/Post Cath, pacemakers, and TR Bands Adaptable, resilient, and sociable nursing professionals Ability to work with pediatric patients (rarely) Black scrubs required
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional care to adult Med/Surg patients, occasionally pediatric Manage patient ratios averaging 1:5-6, with assistance from LPNs or CNAs Float between floors/facilities as needed to meet patient care demands Maintain accurate records and adapt to evolving protocols Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes Ensure high standards of infection control and documentation, especially with
COVID-19
protocols
