1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR RN for a travel contract with a strong focus on robotic surgery and orthopedics, requiring a WI or compact RN license and at least 2 years of OR experience. Details Hospital Operating Room setting Heavy robotics and orthopedic/sports medicine caseload, with additional experience needed in urology, GYN, plastics, ENT, eye, podiatry, spine, and neurosurgery Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00-16:30) Rotating on-call schedule with 2 call teams during the week and 1 call team covering weekends for 24 hours Call shifts must be covered if any approved time off falls on a scheduled call day Requirements Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand Current BLS certification required Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience required Experience with robotic surgery, orthopedics, urology, GYN, plastics, ENT, eye, podiatry, spine, and neurosurgery required 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply Local candidates are accepted for this position All time off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial application
