EOW Requirements:
Must have Point Click Care experience Must have at least 2 travel assignments previously Experience with LTC Experience with short term rehab Experience with admissions 2+ years relevant RN experience Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of patient care, medical procedures, and healthcare documentation, with a passion for delivering exceptional nursing services. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews. Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures like catheterization and specimen collection. Educate patients and their families on health management strategies, including pain management, nutrition, and discharge planning. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of all patient records and medical documentation. Skills Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation methods. Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration; ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments such as surgical centers or outpatient clinics.
