15/hr (LPN) + 2nd shift differential: $5.30/hour + Weekend shift differential: $4.75/hour Responsibilities Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities. Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Ensure accurate medical documentation and maintain patient records. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
