About us Optimum Home Health Care is a non-skilled in-home care provider. We assist adults and children with activities of daily living so they may remain independent at home. Optimum Home Health Care is currently hiring Registered Nurses on a part time/contract basis. Ideal candidate will have experience conducting assessments for personal care, overseeing care of agency clients by conducting scheduled and unscheduled supervisory visits, completing and reviewing plan of cares and conducting in-service trainings. Agency is a non-skilled personal care services provider.
