Schedule/Hours:
Travel role (length and shifts as assigned per contract)
Qualifications & Experience:
Active RN license (current and unencumbered) At least one year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical nursing BLS certification required (ACLS preferred) Flexibility and adaptability to new settings and protocols Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care on a medical-surgical floor Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care Accurately document all assessments, treatments, outcomes, and education provided Monitor for changes in patient condition and respond effectively to emergencies Educate patients and families about health needs, treatments, and discharge plans Maintain compliance with hospital policies and industry standards
