Schedule Details Full time and part time opportunities Day and night shift openings 2-3 12-hour shifts per week. Weekend and holiday rotation What You Will Do Applies the nursing process to deliver patient- and family-centered care across the continuum Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates to influence outcomes Participates in shared governance, unit councils, and quality initiatives to advance evidence-based practice Promotes a culture of safety and evaluates patient, team, and unit outcomes to drive improvement Administers medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with clinical protocols Communicates effectively, manages conflict, and delegates appropriately across care teams Maintains EHR documentation, upholds the ANA Code of Ethics, and completes required education/certifications What You'll Bring Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program. Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) Basic Life Support (BLS). Additional education, training, certifications, or experience may be required based on specialty. Active registered nurse (RN) multi-state compact and/or single-state license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is providing client nursing services Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.
