Job Description

Coverage Needed May 1, 2026 -
Ongoing Schedule:
Flexible, 7-10 shifts per month, Days and Nights required
Clinical Details Site One:
300 beds, 24 ICU beds, ADC 15-18 1 MD/1 APP during the day (0700 to 1900), 1 APP at night (1900 to 0700) with MD on-call
Site Two:
156 beds, 11 ICU beds, ADC 1-3 1 APP during the day (0700 to 1900), Waukesha night APP provides telemedicine support with MD on-call

No Requirements Board Certified Active WI License WI DEA and CSR
